Well, I think Fall sounds more poetic, and beautiful, and risk sounds more blunt and unattractive.
It conjures the phrase “fall in love”, and while a fall is not presumably a good thing, ‘risk’ sounds far scarier and less appealing. I think ‘Love is worth the Fall’ is much more beautiful.
